Class of 2026 โ Ponderosa Mustangs, Itโs Your Time!
How to Pick the Right Photographer (And Why MacKenzie Carullo Might Just Be Your Vibe)
Senior year at Ponderosa High School means big moments, major memories, and maybe a few “how is this happening already?!” feelings. And when it comes to senior photos, you want more than just picturesโyou want something that actually feels like you.
So how do you find a photographer who gets it?
Letโs break it down. Here’s what you should be looking forโand why MacKenzie Carullo might be exactly what you need.
Real Photos, Real You
MacKenzieโs outdoor sessions are laid-back, fun, and 100% personality-packed. Whether you’re chill, sporty, glam, silly, or a mix of all of the aboveโshe makes sure your vibe shows up in every photo.
โจ No awkward posing.
โจ No weird editing.
โจ Just natural, confident, real-you energy.
Photos That Donโt Look Like Everyone Elseโs
Every image MacKenzie delivers is hand-edited by her personally or her small trained staff โno filters, no plastic-looking skin, no trendy presets thatโll look dated in five minutes. What you do get:
โ๏ธ Natural skin tones and soft, realistic retouching
โ๏ธ Distractions in the background? Poofโgone.
โ๏ธ True-to-life color and contrast for a polished, professional finish
โ๏ธ Archival-quality prints & products youโll keep forever
Sheโs not about fast edits or mass productionโsheโs about quality that lasts.
Questions You Should Be Asking (Seriously)
Not all senior photographers are created equal. MacKenzie believes in full transparency, so here are a few questions she wants you to ask:
Can I see a full gallery?
Yes! Sheโll show you a full senior sessionโnot just a few highlight-reel shots.
Will you help me pose?
100%! MacKenzie knows how to direct you so you feel comfortable, not cringe-y. Sheโll guide you every step of the way.
What if the weather gets weird?
Colorado = unpredictable. But donโt stressโMacKenzie has weather plans, flexible scheduling, and allllll the tricks for making it work.
Whatโs actually included in the session fee?
Great question. With MacKenzie, you get:
- Pre-session help with outfits, locations & planning
- A fun, outdoor shoot that doesnโt feel staged
- A private image reveal + ordering session
- Bestie add-on options if you want to share the spotlight
- Clear, upfront pricing (no sales tricks, ever)
